Yes, orders by public institutions and authorities on account are possible.
When ordering by fax or email, we only need a complete letter head from you. If you want to order via our online shop, you have to create a customer account, which has to be activated upon successful registration for purchasing on account. Please contact us by phone or email after having registered successfully.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact a member of our service team as soon as possible. You can inform us about the cancellation via our order hotline via the telephone number +49 (661) 380 998 80, via the fax number +49 (661) 380 998 89 or per email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to refund all payments we received from you, including shipment charges (except for additional costs arising when you choose a way of delivery different from the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at least within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of withdrawal from this contract at our premises. For this refund, we use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless we explicitly agreed something else; we will in no event charge you any fees for the repayment.
We can withhold the refund until we will have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, depending on which is earlier.
You have to return or handover the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the date you notified us about your withdrawal. This time limit is considered being observed, when you ship the goods before the period of fourteen days will have expired. You bear the direct costs for the return shipment of goods. We estimate the costs for goods that cannot be returned via the normal postal service due to their nature, to a maximum of about 59.00 EUR.
You only have to bear costs for a possible loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value can be traced back to improper use of them, when they are tested for their condition, characteristics and functionality.
You have also the possibility to update your personal data. For this purpose, log in to "My user account" by means of your email address and your password. In the section "Manage addresses" you can change, update or delete your data accordingly.
